The Organizing Committee of the 2004 International Nôm Conference (NOM 2004), is pleased to invite you to participate in an international conference on chữ Nôm that will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, November 12-14, 2004.

The Conference is organized by The Research Institute of Hán-Nôm (Vietnam) and the Vietnamese Nôm Preservation Foundation (U.S.A.).

You are invited to organize a panel, a booth for publications, a booth for software demonstration or an invited session. Panel sessions including both Nôm linguists, Nôm language researchers and IT practitioners are highly encouraged.

You are also invited to put ads in our Conference Programme which will be published at the conference site and over the internet.

The conference papers will be published in the Proceedings of the 2004 International Nôm Conference (NOM 2004), the hard copy of which will be ready (published as a special publication the Hán-Nôm Studies magazine) approximately three months after the Conference, and will be sent to major university libraries.
